Equipment
Paul Morgan arranging working party for Sat 7th April and on to Sunday 8th if necessary, an Event will be put on Facebook.
Events
Touring and white water trips have all been posted on Facebook and website along with an Ice-Skating session.
A Sea kayaking day on Rutland water has been arranged for 21st April.
Surfing Trip to be arranged for in the summer.
Dale updating Risk assessments.
Club Development
Pinned post will be put on Facebook with a link to website to promote Youth development/beginners Polo sessions.
Membership

Club Communications
Opt in/out tick box to be added to membership forms for communications to be forwarded from HCC and British Canoeing.
Re: survey/poll done on Facebook for preference for pool sessions to be continued at Desford or moved to Pingles – Enquiries will be made at The Pingles to see if they can offer/accommodate sessions.
Polo
6 monthly payment scheme for polo sessions has started with all sunday night sessions from 1st Feb to End July paid for in advance.
Tournaments going really well with the Hammerheads in Third place, out of 15 teams, in Division 3.
Wendy to write a ‘trip report’ for website at remaining 2 tournaments.

HCC has been approached and asked if we could rent out some canoes for a weekend trip, as this was not a club/organisation the committee voted against the request.
